working with families, kids and parents
Parenting is one of the most complex journeys in life. Many adults carry unprocessed wounds from their own childhoods, and without support, these experiences can unintentionally be passed down through generations. I’m passionate about helping families break this cycle.
My work focuses on supporting children—who often have few tools to be understood during critical developmental stages—while also bringing compassion and understanding to parents navigating their own unresolved experiences. I create a safe, curious, and nonjudgmental space where both children and parents can feel seen, heard, and understood. I’m passionate about seeing the magic in kids and their uniqueness. Many parents feel pressure (from schools, relatives, culture) to “normalize” their child, often out of fear rather than intention. In our work we’ll try to shift from anxiety to curiosity and from control to connection.
I work with children and parents both separately and together, fostering connection, emotional awareness, and healthier patterns of communication. This approach allows each individual to grow while also strengthening the family system as a whole.
In addition to working with parents, young children and teens, I also support family therapy involving adult relationships—such as between parents and their adult children or between adult siblings—helping them rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen mutual understanding.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion.
