In this intimate setting, I invite you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through mindfulness. Together, we explore the subtle nuances that shape who you are—your sensations, thoughts, emotions, and responses in the present moment, including how to be with another person (your therapist).

By deepening your awareness, you begin to understand your patterns, differentiate between your inner parts, and recognize what belongs to you versus what comes from others or your environment. This process fosters clarity, self-agency, and a stronger sense of direction.

With this awareness, it becomes easier to navigate life’s challenges and experiences such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and fear. Our work supports you in developing curiosity about yourself, clarifying your needs and desires, and making more conscious, empowered choices.
